I have 26 years of well rounded professional experience from the private sector in banking, management, and real estate. Unlike my opponent, I will not solicit employees to join a union or participate in ANY inappropriate activities. I am the only candidate who will insure employment continuity of current directors and a true non-biased work environment. My vow to you is not to lead by intimidation, but by input from you as well as all valued employees. When elected, I will reduce expenditures by returning 10% of MY salary back to the taxpayers of Brevard County.

I will establish interconnectivity between the existing DMV and Tax Collector computer systems. This will result in faster service and increased time for clerks to perform other tasks.

Timely and precise service starts with employee pride in a job well done. Tax dollars will be saved by less turnover and internal promotions

Open communication with measured customer service feedback will ensure maximum taxpayer satisfaction.

Reduce expenditures by utilizing cross training and online training.

I have been married for 23 years to Ray Dils who has served 19 years with the Brevard County Sheriff's Office. He is the Information Systems Director, saving the taxpayers millions of dollars during his tenure. We have a 17-year-old son who is a junior at Satellite High School.
